The Grace of Eternity

salvation is a free gift from god not by works. Once we have been saved by grace through faith in Christ then what does it mean to finish the race in Christ? If your right hand causes you to sin cut it off and throw it away it's better for you to walk into heaven with one arm and one leg than gouging out your eyes if it's caused you to sin. When Jesus touches on the subject he says something radical that we're not really willing to accept. We can say i surely messed up along the way along the way but i didn't have these epic failure moments or i only had an epic failure moment once because then for some of us we've already been there
