NFTs - It's Almost Insane Right?

The market has matured a lot though JJ like the crypto market. So it's, it's been interesting to see it evolve over the years. The opportunities for people who have, you know, quant skills and are able to code and stuff like that is just amazing. I mean people are seeing like 1000% ROIs on some of these things right. That can't sustain itself in my mind. There's nothing what do you have in this world JJ?
