K b: What bothers me most in relationship is any kind of message that the person doesn't care. If i can deliver my feelings and be heard and accepted, it's like the feelings are free to go away. But if you don't hear me, then it's like i get more angry,. Or i get more upset, or or my feelings intensify... And now you're contending with me in a way where my feelings have gottn more heightened. So there can be a dynamic in relationships where the less i feel heard, the more intense my emotions get. It's harder for me to not have them leak into the way i'm communicating'
