London Levelling Up
It's the first time we've had some London level in up, that's for sure. What leveling up really means is pork barrel politics. The way the government worked always was to try and sow that bit of needle. So they never did leveling up as a sort of inclusive thing. They were doing it, pitting one place against another. And that was very much the style of the last government. We're saying London-style public transport. It's not about pulling London down. It's about us coming up to their level. That fairness will be good for the country. But I just hear it's not... And it's called a wonderful goal at the top end of Anfield
