Saint Thomas's Prayer - The Invisible Hierarchies of Angels
Study allows us to reproduce in our own minds the wisdom of god. Study can be directed toward invisible things, or any part of the visible universe. All of it reveals god himself, who is ineffable and yet truly knowable. Even though god has given us the light of reason, its motion, or the use of our reason, ill depends on his influence. And so we should especially pray for god's assistance and study through the gifts of the holy spirit.
