In Japanese hospitals, mushroom supplements are used to help people deal with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. What do we know about the difference between all those mushrooms and the raw? Do we know that once you dry them that they have the same qualities? So if we talk about mushrooms as a whole as a powder, we've already breaking down that kind of food matrix structure by powdering things. We're kind of processing the mushroom, so it's probably likely to be less good for our health.
