Is There a Responsibility to the Collection of Creators?

I feel like I'm in this amazing privileged position where I get to know all these incredible creators. The issue that any company sufficiently large faces is always just the scale. What I like about YouTube's approach and like my role specifically is that I'm there to address those things on a platform level. And then inside YouTube, try to get those things fixed.
