Gwyneth Paltrow's $1 Symbolic Damage Lawsuit
In 2016 Gwyneth Paltrow was skiing in Utah with her family she collided with this 76 year old man who claims he sustained a brain injury and the fractured ribs. This man says she caused the crash and therefore owes him $300,000 in damages. Gwyneth countersued and said the collision was the man's fault and that she should get a single dollar in return. We also should note that he was initially trying to sue for $3 million that figure has come down to $ 300,000. Most curiously perhaps is this man's prosecution lawyers? Some of the line of questioning that they have given Gwyneth when she testified is truly something to behold.
