Is It a Criminal Offence to Make a Noise Odit?

In france, about 18 months or two, europe, maybe three years ago, a law was passed giving access to judicial information. But if you use it for individual level predictive purposes, which is a bit fuzzy in the ways described in the law, that's a crime punishable by fageres in prison. You do not want to decrediblize the system by making it possible to do the sort of analysis that says, if you are in front of jug can aman, he is biased. And i don't think, personally, as a citizen, that suppressing the right to analyze this information is the answer.
