Using Category Theory to Solve a Problem

For me, i really like how category theory clarifies things. Is there an instance as your mind when you feel it's especially useful? Or is it more matter that it's got the systetic organization that feels great and ease up your mind to think of other things ame Like decreases cognitive loads such that you're able to solve other problems in a more specific setting. Em with that said, i can think of not traditional mathe type problems that have come in my own research where category theory helped answer a question I don't know another branch of math would have answered.
