In your tead talk, you talk about consciousness as a controlled hallucination. And i think chris frith has called it a phantasy that coincides with reality. Can you say a little more about that, and how that relates to the role of top down pre on in perception? I think it, sir, they're both very nice phrases. A and i think the phrase controlled hallucination actually has been very difficult to pin down where it came from. But anyway, the the idea is sort of following that there's a we can bring to bear a naive realism about perception. We assume that what we visually perceive is the way things actually are in the real world.
