Hera needed Hypnose's help to make Zeus fall into a deep slumber. During this time, Poseidon was able to aid the Greeks in the Trojan War Many say his presence helped the Greeks achieve victory. When Zeus finally did wake up, he didn't even realize what had happened He thought he was just really tired or whatever.
