The Unusual in the Graveyard
Matular's Grove Cemetery in Chicago is said to have been used by Al Capone as a dumping place for the bodies of those he killed. The most famous sighting has been called the White Lady, a ghostly image of a woman that was sent to appear only during the full moon. Louisiana Briggs settled into Ohio and eventually married a Union veteran, but she apparently never lost touch with her southern roots. Visitors to camp chase have heard the sounds of a woman weeping quietly, while others have seen the figure of a woman in a veil. Across the country in Connecticut, yet another graveyard placed host to a mysterious story.
