How to Deal With Technical Debt

I'm not sure you will have a lot of people who can actually do that. It's going to be really difficult to build up the trust yeah right and if you have such developers and such a team then you are very very lucky. I think in some cases you need to have business and and taking people work together on this. We just accept technical debt at some point we just pay the interest we know the code is not very good but we live with it becauseYeah it's not really good but we also do not lose so much time  it's more expensive than working with a not quite right code.
