The Systemic Approach to Product Development
The subtitle in this book is a systemic approach. That is the central thread that I found permeates the entire book. It's looking at things systemically as opposed to bits and bobs and pieces. So if you have a couple of teams, then well, by default, you probably look at the whole. But if you're in a big organization with 10,000 people or, I don't know, 500 teams, then bringing, let's say, agility to that scale was important.
