The interest rate change changed a lot of like the flips that we were doing. Our lines of credit went from 5% to 11 and 12%. So we were making a lot of money and a bunch of different things. I had to lay off and reset and go, okay, what am I going to spend my time doing? And just over the last couple months, we did our real estate rock stars mastermind. It was amazing. But honestly, as we were going into it, I was thinking this is probably going to be the last one. Because like, I don't like having to sell things. I love adding value.
