The Necro Player's Technology Singularity Faction Ability Is Not Used Against You
The Valafar assimilator makes it harder to steal tech from the necro. You can't place an assimilator token on a technology that already has an assimilator ticket. It's one of those ones where it's so focused specifically on the necro that it's like, well, it loses a couple points but also sometimes is quite useful.
