Bitcoin Mining Centralization and Survivability

Mining is decentralized in that if one miner didn't process your transaction, the next guy would. It's not like due to unlinkability. And there are lots of miners of different sizes and locations and opinions. Bitcoin makes a more efficient trade-off by having scalability happen at a layer two,. which is a more computer science complexity-friendly way to do it.
