How to Be a Successful Creative

I was curious what your advice would be for people who consider themselves creatives. Are you willing to pay the price of admission, which is dealing with spreadsheets and all sorts of stuff? You don't want to do it in the service of that you then get to protect and foster creatives at a larger scale. If you can move from being, as I said, a writer to an editor, so you're already a start of the journey.
