Climbing - What Are Most Climbers Not Training?

Grip is like my staple food. I was not expecting that answer. Indoor and outdoor climbing are kind of diverging. indoor climbing still isn't hitting the wrist with a lot of indoor climbing holes. They're making all these big fibreglass holds, but they keep putting the hold at the front. It's more interesting if you like curve it and carve the pinch and things. And they're not putting the hold over the back like some of those granite curves.
