The Consequences of a Bad Decision

In my experience actually finding somebody who won't make a decision is quite rare because the consequences of a bad decision on people is unknown or there's too much risk. I think really when you look into properly we're all making decisions every day we actually do make decisions they just happen to be generally very small decisions with a measurable outcome in terms of risk. There are people who probably have a better sense of what the risk is than others and it's like de-skilling taking away some of the lesser jobs from those people with the higher ability.
