How to Say Yes to Opportunities

In the early career, you're trying to launch a career. You don't want to be pulled in 63 different directions. My honest advice is to say yes to some things. If an opportunity presents itself, particularly if you're not sure if I'm ready for this opportunity, sometimes the right answer is yes. Find smaller spaces within the big organization where you can start to kind of dig in.
