How Do We Know Which Way We're Moving Through the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation?

The cosmic micro wave background radiation is like the left over light from the big bang. We can tell which way we're moving relative to that kind of glow by using red and blue shifts. If a star is moving towards us, then its wave length is shrunk it's like squeezed down. That very clearly gives you ame ments were like our motion through the microwave background radiation.
