Movie Review - Captain Willard
The opening in a sense sets up not really the story but like a mood it kind of sets up a character although Martin Sheen's character in this Captain Willard is more of like an audience avatar. Yeah I think it's especially because it has those kind of fever dreamish atmosphere. You can only sustain that for so long until it becomes or it starts to feel stale and you kind of snap out of it before the movie is even over. And I also think the I remember the Redux version or compared to the theatrical one the theatrical version has this pretty steady decline into madness.
