ADHD and Obesity

We get on that blood sugar rollercoaster. We eat simple carbs and we feel better then almost as fast as that high comes on, it leaves us so we think, oh, I need some more because I'm feeling really dull. There is a very strong connection between being overweight and sometimes even obese and ADHD for the reasons that I just mentioned and others. If we have that overweight going on, it can lead to other problems like, for instance, fatty liver or we have increased blood pressure.
