The book is a linear walk through two thousand years of church history. It begins with the day july fifteenten 99, when the crusaders arrived at jerusalem and tookJerusalem by storm. And then it becomes very chronological from about chapter three, and we just sort of walk through,. We meet the crusades again, just very briefly, and keep on walking through er to the so called dark ages and inquisitions in Northern Ireland.
