I think we need a very powerful audit agency, o, an agency that cana step in and evaluate a how how the atory agencies are doing. You know, things like, the government as notoriously poor at using technology. An auditd agency would maybe be able to identify ways in which technology needs to be upgraded or systems need to be upgraded.
