i've always had a rule, patrick, that it's rare that i hire someone that i wouldn't have lunch with. Half the people love me, half the people hate me. Once you embrace that, do you just try to find the half that you love? You have a lot of fun together. Yei can do try to please everybody if you have that same mentality.
