I feel like I'm just getting a better and better version of myself all the time as I continue to get older. My main goals right now in getting a little bit fitter for summer are resistance training, eating really nutrient dense food doing biohacks learning about all physiology biochemistry quantum biology and the importance of light and circadian health  all these different things all contribute i think to being a fit human.
