President Lyndon Johnson said some potentially relevant things in his commencement address at Howard law school. Justice Kavanaugh concurs because if there's two people I really wanted to hear from about affirmative action, it was the Georgetown prep prep squad. And so, he's a great honor and grutter and all of the courts prior cases rather than overruling them.
