Do You Think COVID Can Be Replicated on a Global Scale?

Do you think this model can be replicated on a global scale? I think maybe as an extension of this treaty where countries as you recommend like regional hubs. China is one of a manufacturing hub for a lot of things and the minute China closed down, we suffered. So when it comes to critical health care products, we really definitely need to have supplies all over the place. We just need to make sure that even if one country is not able to supply, we have regional hubs where at least temporarily we can get products from.
