And so it seems to me that the realist point of view, I understand realists have done a lot of heavy lifting trying to explain to justify explain away legitimize Russian behavior for a very, very long time. But how on God's green earth can a realist look at what Putin has done and say, Oh yeah, this is just totally in Russia's interest? Amin: Isn't it time to sort of put realism away as a serious vision for how countries behave?
