Barbecue Ribs - The Art and Craft of BBQ
Pork ribs create a delicious porky, spicy liquid in the bottom of the pot after the steaming. You've got this glaze, and you just brush the glaze on and turn em until they're super caramalized. And then on grill day, you just get a medium, high fire going. The ribs are already spiced and cooked perfectly. So that was a fun little experiment i was working on.
