Risk-Based Regulating Crypto Tokens

The tools that regulators deploy to try to mitigate those can also vary depending on the type of instrument at issue. A particular token is not yet decentralized or is not decentralized at any point in its history. So it's important that regulators not sort of, even if they identify a traditional risk, don't necessarily go back to the traditional toolbox where it's just not applicable.
