How much time are you spending preparing for your trades? Yeah. So the one thing that the way I've been doing it is usually, you know, Friday, the market closes, I'm done with trading,. I take Saturday off, I try not to look at anything that's related to trading. And then Sunday morning, I wake up, I'm already like, okay, now I need to get back to work. You know, after a couple hours, two hours, three hours max, I have an updated watch list.
