Bureaucrats are empowered to decide when your rights apply and when they don't. The only tool our bureaucrats have should they wish to relieve us of our rights is persuasion, he says. And i think a one of the things we've a handing power in the manner that we have in this country to our bureaucrats, is it's never taken that system into account. It's never required any explanation to be given. There needs to be a discussion not just a selection of your favorite expert reports that favour your political narrative. I'm sure there'll be some interesting discussions in this country about what comes out of this period.
