Sally Kohn: I've really been a strong believer in the fact that if you start to make some small changes in the right directions, that a lot of things can cascade from that. We had 1,700 test readers and have heard back also over the years from blog posts we've written about this stuff. A lot of people have adapted these things and even a small piece of it. She says she hopes her book will help tech workers find what they're passionate about so their products are made with love or joy as an example.
