Do You Have a Body Language Scale?
In the cooperative at care book, we established levels is how we do it. I encourage people to observe the body language of their animal and try to have some objective way to measure. And if they see these things at the stopping point, whether the owner wants to stop or not, we will stop. It is life changing for veterinary teams to be empowered in that way.
