The No Pain No Game - What You've Learned

I just didn't listen to my body, you know sometimes you actually feel that you get a bit tired or maybe you should rest and I just did not listen to that. And it just broke with one can quite a few times so I did end up with a with a few new operations actually. After my new operations, I am never go back to where I was before. That's the time also when I moved to Australia  and married my husband here and we had children. So yeah kept training with these guys and once Sunday we were training together the long run and I usually run then 2022 K and then I stopped - people who were running training for the marathon they kept going.
