Slavery is a class issue. It's about where you live, where you grow up and did you come from an intact family? Did you get the right food and nutrition when you were a kid? These things will determine your outcomes in life far more than skin colour. So it's not about ethnicity or race, necessarily. A lot of this is about class. And those things are best addressed without looking at people's skin color,. by looking at their actual circumstances and helping them. If you want to help people, find people who've got a bad situation that they're surrounded by criminal acquaintances - these can be helped if we remove any races policies off the books
