How to Be a Better Pencil King

I've been trying to improve the curriculum for pencil kings. And I think it's really good to have a roadmap of steps, of foundational steps that people can go from step to step to step. The biggest basic that people are missing is building their visual library in their head. Because drawing, I believe that anybody can really be taught to draw stuff given enough time.
