The Tenth Amendment Case in Texas

Sheriff says he never even owned a gun before being elected. He sued the federal government for forcing him to enforce brady bill in 15 counties, including his home county of texas. The case is called prince p r i n t z, prince mac v us by Justice Galea and was decided on 10th amendment grounds. Sheriff: "I'm trying to wake the country up to enforce this decision that just reinforced the constitution"
