The Four Heroes of the Old Testament

verse three introduces us to the section that is my favorite part of this this whole story it's where we have people that you never would have expected to be the who end up being the heroes. The four guys are what's translated probably in all english translations as lepers but they were actually suffering from some sort of skin disease which rendered them unclean and made them richly impure. This kind of oath especially is not one that should ever pass pass over your lips especially of course it's an oath basically to to murder the lord's prophet also not a good idea now.
