How Do You Find Mentors for Young Professionals?

Speci: I didn't have a lot of mentours, susan and a and partf its from where i came from. And so i selfishly always wanted to teach so i could reinforce my own education and my own knowledge on things. So any time someone would reach out for advice, i just took that very seriously. It just kind of became a rolling thing. Er a, that's acually two pogs. You know, that's real. That just shows how how honest and real your your work is. Speci: I', i want to move us to conversation about mentring, because i know that' something that both you and i find so incredibly important.
