The initial infiltrate is neutrophils bacteria and, you know, a few other things. But the key components of that really infiltrate when the patient is the sickest. That later infiltrate is largely made up of macrophages engaging in efferocytosis. All I know is everyone should think that our veal or macrophages. Don't and their parents in their parents.
