What Happened to Saul Winsky?

Saul Winsky ran out of money and retreated to Nantucket. We realized by doing it that we don't want to sell pants for a living. That's really what we want to do. It all happened so quickly. And we sold more equity to Saul Winski. So he ended up taking over control of the whole company at that point. Then we bought it back from him. How did you do that?
