Lucy Mac Smith's Response to the First Vision
Lucy Mac Smith writes about the formation of the church again in 1845. But she does not mention John the Baptist or any angelic visitations, which were to have taken place on that same day. So much like the first vision, the story just isn't really well known because it wasn't talked about in the first six years. And as someone who's raised a lifelong Mormon, this is out raging me and my outrage is authentic.
