You Don't Need to Be Confident to Do This
Eating healthy is just somebody who like just doesn't binge, you know what I mean? So there's no point even getting in the tactics of this because it's just behavior change. You don't need to be confident to do this because your calories don't care if you're confident. There are lots of cues for stress in our lives that trigger the behavior. It's not one thing or a zillion things and then you can get mental shortcuts for those habits.
