The Importance of Google Reviews
If your Google reviews dry up, you're clearly not over delivering to such a degree that people feel obliged. So in that point, I would never give a Google review to anyone personally. That's my way of leaving a permanent mark that someone did a good job. A Google review for me is a permanent stamp for them because I'm business-oriented and I own a business so I can appreciate it.
