A 30-year-old man was put on a palliative pathway after becoming unwell. He would present to hospital every couple of weeks or so and cause such a fuss. His nursing needs were too great for him to be in a nursing home anyway, she says. But the Paladev Care Hospital wouldn't take him because he wasn't sick enough.
